No problem was a problem
In 10 cars I have never received such great client service. Susan is an asset. In my working career everyone complained. Seldom was positive feedback given. However, feedback is always due.
I am Mr Mini now and wont be changing and it speaks for itself that there is a dealer closer that I will drive past because at Eastern everyone is a VIP.
